WE TAKE CARE OF THE REST!

In order to make the evening run to its ultimate best, I have included some helpful ideas to assist you for a wonderful event.

THE DESIGN OF THE EVENING – AND YOUR CHOSEN SONG REQUESTS

I WILL PROVIDE ... Top quality sound and lighting equipment as required for your event
space allowing. There may be a stagehand with me to assist with setup.

YOU design the evening with the artist to include your song requests of choice. We can supply additional acts and or a disco. Live performance over dinner can be provided, with intervals which can be utilised for speeches, etc.  We will provide microphones for your use upon request.  Please ask us about our wonderful Emcees to round up your event.


​ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION FOR YOUR EVENT

We can provide you with artwork for your event through an ‘ONLINE PRINTABLE MEDIA POSTER’.  You can simply print them yourself or we will have them delivered to you before the event. 

DRESS CODE FOR EVENTS

We are respectful of  specific dress codes as dictated by the venue.  Your entertainer and associate will always dress to impress, on and off the stage. Sometimes live appearances may involve multiple changes.

COSTUME CHANGING FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

A private changing facility will be necessary  (with good lighting and mirrors) this will facilitate quick costume changes and appearances and to safely store band belongings for the evening.

SOUND, LIGHTING, AND SET UP REQUIREMENTS

We ask that there be at least one electrical socket within a few metres of the performance set up location if possible and the first dining table (if applicable) to be a few metres away from the set up area and the speaker output area. This will ensure that the front tables are not overwhelmed with too high a volume output.

INSURANCES, PUBLIC LIABILITY, AND PAT TEST CERTIFICATE

Please be reassured that your entertainer is fully covered with Indemnity Insurance through ‘Equity Membership’ and has Public Liability Insurance for over 10 Million. All equipment is annually Electronically Pat Tested.  Such documents will be forwarded to you and the venue upon your request.

BOOKING AGREEMENTS


Please confirm your acceptance and confirmation of our arrangement/agreement of the booking. The artist will keep this booking date solely for you, and under no circumstances will this booking be cancelled other than unforeseen circumstances of illness or ‘Acts of God’ that negate the artist from fulfilling the agreement.  A suitable replacement will be arranged for you in this unlikely event. The Booking Agreement  includes a cancellation fee if the client cancels without notice of at least 6 weeks.  Cancellations are tangible losses to an artist and likewise to the client and we simply ask that both parties be sure on their arrangements and act honourably.


The booking agreement will be forwarded to you by email on confirmation.
